What is school-based counseling?
School-based counseling services aim to help students succeed in the classroom by practicing social emotional skills like problem-solving, coping, self regulation, and mindfulness. We use roleplays, books, play, and hands-on activities to build self-esteem, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills- including cooperation, listening, flexibility, and kindness.
